Consultation/ Patch test

Service Description

Please book a consultation prior to booking your appointment for Permanent Make Up (including all Brow Tattooing, Eyeliner Tattooing and Lip Blush Tattooing) At the appointment we will go through the consultation paperwork where we will discuss your medical history and other information that may affect the treatment. We will talk about what your end goals are, as well as what shape and colour is best for you. If you have previous PMU please send a photo or video over so I can assess whether it is something I can work with. The consultation will also be an opportunity to assess what options are available to you. We will also carry out a skin sensitivity patch test prior to your treatment. This needs to be complete 24-48 hours prior to your first session. The cost of your consultation will be deducted from the total treatment cost on booking. If you would prefer a telephone consultation due to your location or availability, please let me know in the comments section when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If a client does not show up for their appointment and has not cancelled at least 24hours in advance, they will be charged half the price of their appointment. On your My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option. I require at least 24 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice you will be charged 50% of the total treatment price. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours.
