Service Regulations

Welcome to Aphrodite Beauty Salon's Service Regulations page. At Aphrodite Beauty Salon, we prioritise transparency and strive to provide our valued clients with exceptional beauty treatments in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This page outlines the regulations that govern our services, ensuring a harmonious and fair experience for both our clients and our salon.

1. Appointment Booking

a. Booking Confirmation: To secure an appointment for our eyelash treatments and permanent makeup services, clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

b. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

2. Consultation and Patch Testing

a. Mandatory Consultation: Prior to any treatment, we conduct a thorough consultation to understand your needs and expectations. This ensures that our services are tailored to your individual preferences and requirements.

b. Patch Testing: For the safety of our clients, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before certain treatments, including eyelash extensions and permanent makeup, to assess any potential allergic reactions or sensitivities. Clients who decline patch testing do so at their own risk.

3. Hygiene and Sanitation

a. Sterilisation and Sanitisation: We adhere to strict hygiene standards and utilise sterilised tools and disposable equipment wherever possible. Our salon maintains high levels of cleanliness and complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.

b. Professionalism: Our highly trained and certified technicians are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring that your experience at Aphrodite Beauty Salon is both comfortable and safe.

4. Service Satisfaction

a. Client Comfort: Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please feel free to communicate your preferences and concerns to our technicians during the service to ensure the best possible outcome.

b. Service Adjustments: If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the results of your treatment, we offer a complimentary adjustment appointment within a specified timeframe, subject to consultation with our technicians.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Client Privacy: Aphrodite Beauty Salon respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing our services.

b. Photography and Consent: We may request permission to photograph your treatment for promotional purposes. Your consent will be sought before any images are used, and you have the option to decline.

6. Legal Compliance

a. Compliance with Local Laws: Aphrodite Beauty Salon operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales. Our services are subject to these laws, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as required by legal obligations.

b. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Aphrodite Beauty Salon will not be liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from our services, unless directly caused by our negligence.

We value your trust and patronage at Aphrodite Beauty Salon. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these regulations, which are designed to create a positive and safe environment for all our clients.
