Aphrodite Beauty - Booking Policy

At Aphrodite Beauty, we are committed to providing you with top-notch beauty services and a seamless booking process. To ensure that our appointment scheduling system operates smoothly and fairly for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy:


1. My Bookings Page:

  • You can conveniently access and manage your bookings through our My Bookings page, which displays both upcoming and past appointments.


2. Upcoming Bookings:

  • Each of your upcoming bookings will include the options to "Reschedule" and "Cancel."


3. Cancellation Notice:

  • We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.


4. Rationale:

  • This policy has been put in place to ensure the efficient operation of our appointment schedule. It acknowledges that we may not be able to fill a canceled appointment slot within 24 hours, which affects our scheduling and availability for other clients.


5. Booking Time Limits:

  • Early Bookings: You have the flexibility to book appointments up to 90 days in advance of the desired start time.

  • Late Bookings: For last-minute scheduling, we require bookings to be made at least 12 hours before the intended start time.


6. Booking Fee:

  • A booking fee is applicable to all appointments. This fee is designed to secure your booking and reserve your desired time slot.


7. Cancellation Fee:

  • In cases where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee will be charged.


8. Refund Policy:

  • If you cancel within the required notice period, your booking fee will be fully refunded.

  • We will also refund your booking fee if, for any reason, we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


9. Reschedule Option:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to change your appointment time, you can use the "Reschedule" option on the My Bookings page.

  • Please note that the rescheduled appointment must still adhere to the 24-hour cancellation notice policy.


10. Late Arrivals:

We value your time, and we strive to provide prompt and efficient service to all our clients. - If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time; however, this may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid inconveniencing the next scheduled client.


11. No-Show Policy:

 If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, your booking fee will be forfeited.


12. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. If you encounter such a situation that prevents you from providing the required notice, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will assess such cases on an individual basis.


13. Communication:
